Welcome

Our club members range in age from 5 to 18, but it's not unusual for some of our former members to return for a practice or to help coach. Through wrestling, we strive to develop adults who are able to deal with the challenges of everyday life by learning to make the "right" choice.  We believe that self-discipline, self-direction, leadership, and sportsmanship teaches our wrestlers to distinguish the difference between happiness and pleasure, and how to deal with adversity.   

Everyone is looking for a hero and someone to look up to, but all they have to do is look in the mirror. We teach people to see the hero and champion in themselves. We have a number of different programs. Our goal is for you to learn how to take what you gain from the mat and apply it to other aspects of your life. 

Last year we had a FW Spartan that accomplished the following:

• Straight A Student 
• First 2X Middle School District Wrestling Champion in school history. 
• Received President's Award 

We also had another FW Spartan that accomplished the following: 

• School President 
• Straight A's in 7th and 8th Grade. 
• 2X District Track Champion (Broke FW Middle School District Record) 
• Named best wrestler in school (middle school) history. 
• Received Middle School Student of the year award. 

Both young men are examples of what our primary goal is, building champions on the mat and in LIFE.
